Fifty Shades of Rose Way
Photographed by Jake Shea
Tucked along one of Bridgehampton’s most storied lanes, Rose Way redefines coastal living through the marriage of vision, innovation, and uncompromising craftsmanship. Designed in collaboration between architect Val Florio and interior designer Becky Shea, this 12,000 sq ft residence stands as a bold expression of organic modernism—an architecture and interior narrative rooted in precision, warmth, and an unwavering commitment to detail.
Every element of Rose Way was intentionally considered, from its structural engineering abroad to its final assembly in the Hamptons. Fabricated in Germany, the home’s precision-engineered panels were crafted to the highest standard, then carefully shipped and reassembled stateside in just twenty-one days. This forward-thinking process preserved the integrity of the design while ensuring absolute fidelity to the original vision.
Inside, sweeping layouts blur the lines between leisure, gathering, and repose, with spaces curated to inspire connection as much as calm. From the palette of natural textures to the custom millwork and furnishings, each detail reflects a dedication to timeless design rather than trend. The result is a sanctuary that both embraces its coastal surroundings and transcends them—a modern Hamptons estate that is as much about experience as it is about shelter.
Rose Way is more than a home; it is a testament to what is possible when collaboration and craft meet boundless imagination.
