West Village Duplex- Jane street
Situated on the highly coveted, tree-lined, cobblestone Jane Street in the heart of the West Village, this pre-war modernized former paper warehouse was our adaptation on F.Scott Fitzgerald’s The Great Gatsby. The blend of art deco and color decadence was applied across furnishings to capture the essence of Old Hollywood. Using shiny, metallic, silky, contrasting luxe textures for chairs, window treatments, couches and rugs, there was a sense of balance with the foundation colors - white, peach, baby pink. We outfitted all the bathrooms, kitchen and wet bar in classic, elegant white and grey veined marble which highlighted the clean white overall design. The entire home brought a sense of understated luxury and the details speak to the story.
